Shipping & Returns
At the moment we deliver only to EU countries.
The delivery is free of charge and takes around 4-6 working days after payment is received/receipt of order.
Please note that at busy times (during holidays) longer delivery times may occur.

Should an item not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days together with the completed return form.
The amount paid will be refunded. Please notice that you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Place the item, in its original condition with all tags still attached, and the original packaging, in a package for sending.

In case of a return you will be responsible for the item during transport/shipping.
Refund: When we receive your return, we will handle your refund within 14 days.You will receive an e-mail confirmation when a refund has been made. You will be refunded the value of the returned item. The refund will be issued using the payment method you selected for the order. For instance, if you paid by credit card, we will refund the amount to your credit card.
Please note that it can take longer to process returns during public holiday.
Please note that we do not refund any shipping costs for returns except for mistakes (defective production or wrong shipping) made by Zilla.
